Good morning to whoever reads this. I'm hoping to have a better day and better attitude today than I did yesterday. Yesterday was blah and cloudy and I had a hard time feeling up to anything. I think it's just the leftover winter blues, but I barely managed my basic chores. I did manage to wash our bed sheets yesterday. That's no easy task. So now we have clean sheets for the next few months. I just need to do the kids' bed stuff now.
I also cleaned the upstairs bathroom. The whole toilet is very loose and dh has asked that no one use it or touch it. I did have to flush it after cleaning, but that was it. Ok now I'm rambling lol.
Dh had to work late yesterday due to he's on call and the site commander. He finally managed to get home around 9. He said all he was doing was sitting at his desk just listening to their conversations. Finally they kicked him out. The kids were glad to see him especially little S. She ran to him and hugged him and then proceeded to try and dance around when it was family prayer time. I admit I was a bit frustrated since I was trying to get her to settle, but she was happy to see daddy, so I stood back for a bit.
Well I guess the ole' brain just doesn't have much else to say so I'll end this now.
